最低月１回を目標にブログアップしてましたが・・・

先月さぼってしまいました♪♪

It's been a while since I updated my last blog...

I'm trying to update at least once a month,

however, last month I skipped... hehe

さて、今月の、真夏のフープ！！！

So what's this summer hoop!!!

サマソニ出演いたします～。

ちなみに土曜日の広尾レッスンには

間に合わせて帰りますので

こちらのレッスンも通常通りよろしくお願いします♪♪

Again this year I'm coming back to summer sonic both on Sat and Sun!!!

On Sat I am coming back to Tokyo in time so I can do my Hiroo lesson normally,

fee：初回1000円、1回2500円、月6300円（通常4回）

内容：フラフープフィットネス

脂肪燃焼や体力UPにもってこい！のクラス

フラフープの経験はいりません。

とにかく楽しく身体を動かしていらないお肉とさようなら！
